SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items that are labelled as in stock will be shipped next business day. If you order over the weekend or a public holiday then your items will be sent out the next business day. Standard shipping is usually 3-5 business days depending on what area you live in.
Michram Industries also offer Express Shipping via Australia Post at very competitive prices. At the checkout click the Express shipping option instead of the regular option. Once shipped you should receive your package within the 1-2 business days depending on what area you live in.
If you choose to instead have your package bought to an event for pick up then you need to let us know in the comment section on the checkout page. ( note: This option is only available if someone from the Michram Industries team is attending the event in question.)
Michram Industries also offer international shipping to most countries. There is a standard rate for overseas shipping but if you are after express shipping then you need to contact the team for a quote.
Please note: Customers with shipping addresses outside of Australia are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Michram Industries will only refund a product or issue store credit for a product if there is a valid reason for the return/refund of the item shipped domestically/internationally which include: incorrect supplied product, faulty product or product damaged in transit. A new product will be sent out only once the customer has sent back the faulty item. Michram Industries will cover postage costs both ways for faulty items.
We do not cover products which are bought then you decide you need a different size, colour, or just not liking the product.
